Carlos 'King Tone' Ortiz of Newburgh was one of 31 defendants named in a federal indictment that charged reputed members of the Almighty Latin King and Queen Nation with racketeering and a host of other crimes, including three murders and drug trafficking.
Authorities are still searching for Moleek 'Gams' Sampson, 30, of Newburgh, a reputed Bloods gang member who was named in an indictment in May."
