22-year-old Joedon Bradley was arrested by Metro officers and TBI agents Tuesday afternoon. He was one of more than two dozen Bloods members indicted in June for racketeering and murder charges.

Those indictments led to a raid at a local non-profit that, ironically, was set up to keep kids away from gangs.

Federal agents said gang members plotted crimes, even murders, at Galaxy Star's community center on Lischey Avenue.
